FAQ'S

There are three ways that we can verify your banking information.

1. You can do a Bank Verification by clicking on the bank verification link in your member portal.
2. You can upload PDF documents of your bank statement by logging into your member portal and clicking the upload documents button.
3. One of our friendly staff members can do a 3-way conference with your bank.

You will be notified by email, or a phone call from one or our friendly staff members notifying you that your loan is approved.

Deer Ridge Loans offers loans from $100.00 to $1500.00. Maximum loan for a first-time customer is $300.00 until you establish a positive repayment history.

If your loan is approved before 4:30 PM CST, you should receive your money the next business day. Some banks do require additional processing days though. Certain restrictions do apply for weekends and national holidays. Please ask one of our customer service representatives for additional details.

We do our very best to ensure that your loan due dates fall on, or right around your pay-dates.

Absolutely! We always encourage our customers to pay their loans off early when possible. There are no penalties or extra fees if you pay your loan off early.

We have friendly staff that are always available to help work out some sort of payment arrangement that will work for you. We always practice a very professional, fair collection method and will never make you feel uncomfortable when working out a repayment plan.

If you are wanting to pay your loan off, please call 1-844-339-5626 and one of our friendly customer service representatives can work with you to get that taken care of. We do accept debit card payments, electronic funds withdrawals (ACH), and even accept Money Orders or Cashiers checks made out to Deer Ridge Loans.

If something unexpected comes up and your electronic withdrawal comes back returned unpaid, we will charge an Insufficient Funds fee in the amount of $25.00.
